  • Purchase Path Optimization: Delivered an $800K, 3-month project identifying 102 optimization opportunities and launching six A/B tests.

  • Website Redesign: Oversaw a $500K, 4-month redesign that secured executive buy-in through conflict resolution and timeline optimization.

  • E-commerce Migration: Steered a $2M Shopify migration for a Fortune 500 company, while developing resources to streamline technical workflows and mentor other producers.

Nike – Global Brand Creative

As a digital producer, I helped drive global marketing campaigns across Nike’s biggest digital and social channels – think Nike.com, the app, emails, and social media. I wrangled workback schedules, led reviews, and kept everyone from stakeholders to agency partners on the same page. The best part? Bringing iconic campaigns like Nike’s 50th Anniversary and Summer 2022 Product Innovation to life. It was a wild ride, but totally worth it to see it all come together.

SaaS Company

Led cross-functional projects and vendor procurement at a cloud-based SaaS company, working closely with leadership to align engineering goals with business objectives. I developed processes that boosted the Engineering department’s growth by 15% and established partnerships with over 9 staffing agencies.

Results: Directed the weekly product launch committee, keeping stakeholders and the C-suite on track with timelines and goals, while uniting teams in an agile environment to drive collaboration and meet objectives.

Mountain Time – Utah Office of Tourism

From ideation to execution, I produced the Mountain Time campaign, showcasing Utah’s unmatched access to ski slopes. While skiers in Colorado are still en route, Utah skiers are already carving down runs with plenty of time left for après-ski hot tubs and mountain views.

Results: Broadcast, Out of Home, and Digital spots spotlighted how Utah’s proximity gives you more "Mountain Time." The campaign was a huge success, driving excitement and positioning Utah as the go-to destination for maximized ski weekends.

Digital Product Experience – Immunization Academy

Partnered with an amazing team to refresh the Immunization Academy platform, a critical video resource for healthcare workers in Tanzania. Our mission? To improve the user experience and add essential new features that make it even easier for healthcare professionals to administer vaccines.

Results: We revamped the UI, ensuring smoother navigation and an intuitive experience across both the web and iOS app. The best part? Knowing our design improvements will help save lives through more effective immunization training.

iOS App – User Experience & Interface Design

Led a talented team in creating a mobile prototype that clearly demonstrated the app’s core value to prospective customers. We focused on designing only the essential features for sales demos, skipping unnecessary elements like password recovery or settings pages.

Results: The prototype successfully showcased the app’s unique approach to treating contacts as people, not just sales leads, and helped drive engagement during customer demos.

JackInTheBox.com – Website Redesign

After five years with Jack in the Box, it was time to give their digital home a major glow-up. I worked with a fantastic team to create a new site that’s as bold as their burgers and as craveable as their Mini Churros (seriously, try them). The revamped site is sleek, responsive, and packed with delicious visuals, all while making it super easy to find locations and deals. Built with flexibility in mind, the design adjusts perfectly whether you’re scrolling on your phone or desktop.

UintaBrewing.com – Website Redesign

Partnered with Uinta Brewing to bring their adventurous brand to life online. The new site showcases their bold beers and revamped packaging, making it easier for users to explore new brews, find events, and get inspired.

Results: The site helped Uinta connect with their audience on a deeper level, boosting engagement and drawing in more adventurous beer enthusiasts. Our approach focused on creating a seamless, exciting experience—making visitors thirsty for both beer and adventure.

Road to Mighty Campaign – Utah Office of Tourism

I worked with an incredible team to produce the Road to Mighty campaign, driving attention to Utah’s stunning landscapes. The campaign ran from February to May and focused on boosting tourism through compelling content and strategic outreach.

Results: The campaign generated $4.2M in hotel bookings and increased traffic to VisitUtah.com by 17% compared to the previous year. Utah tourism hit record growth levels, making this project a huge win for the state’s travel industry.

9 Circles of Hella-Peño – Jack in the Box

When Jack in the Box dropped the Hella-Peño Burger for their Munchie Meal, our team went all out. Inspired by a wild mix of fiery flavors and a bit of literary flair (shoutout to Ms. Morrow), we brought the heat with The 9 Circles of Hella-Peño.

The campaign was a spicy hit, capturing the attention of late-night snackers everywhere. Sometimes, losing your mind in the creative process leads to some pretty amazing things!

Coaching & Thought Leadership

While I love process, my passion truly lies with people. Since 2015, I’ve been involved with TheDigitalProjectManager.com, contributing through coaching, course support, and content creation. From YouTube videos to articles, I share my approach to project management with a community that I’m proud to support and grow alongside.

Dear DPM

In 2017 - I pushed myself to get uncomfortable.  But by far, the most uncomfortable thing I did is hit up Ben Aston of The Digital Project Manager  and say, "I want to do an advice column. You down?"

As Digital Project Managers we are strong, caring and confident folks handling everyone else’s issues all day long. It seems that often times we’re the first to know of a co-workers divorce, their new gig, or mistake.

Usually – we’re put in a position to solve everyone else’s issues but our own. Well, I wanted to carve out a space for us to say we have issues too and this is a safe space to air em’ out, seek advice and feel better. Luckily - Ben gave me a shot. To which I'm so grateful. I've had immense joy with the column and we had some fun with the spicy questions. It has since been sunset…for now ;)
