Robyn birkedal

Creative/Technical producer

This site exists to serve vibes + examples of work.

Give me your big gnarly project and I’ll deliver it.

Hi. I’m Robyn.

I’ve been a digital producer for 14 years, primarily in digital experience agency environments.

While technology constantly evolves, my favorite "API" is people. I stand firm in being agnostic about project management methodologies because what matters is getting the best out of the team.

Sure, I’ve produced everything from brand campaigns and websites to digital transformations—but what sets me apart isn’t just what I’ve done, it’s how you'll feel working with me.

I could show you big-name projects here (some words about them are here), but let’s be real—I’m not a designer or a developer. I’m the project manager, and my job is to make sure everyone else can do their best work, on time, on budget, and in scope.

With me on your team, you’ll have the confidence the job will get done, and your workload will feel a lot lighter.

My producer “je ne sais quoi”

I am a chaos pilot, skilled at navigating uncertainty and doubt.

When it comes to big budgets, big teams, and ambitious goals—I’m your go-to.

I collaborate closely with Creative and Technical Directors to deliver on your boldest, most audacious visions.

I understand that the bigger the goal, the higher the stakes—and I’m here to meet the challenge head-on.

My strength lies in creatively steering through chaos, building structure, and fostering psychologically safe teams.

My purpose is to improve the world for consumers, not just shareholders.
